Plant Integrity

Established in 1997, Plant Integrity Ltd (Pi) is a technical services company that supports industrial plants and structures. Our tailored inspection solutions enable our clients to maximise operational efficiency, avoid engineering failure, and reduce inspection and maintenance costs. We specialise in the use of guided wave testing (GWT) technology for inspecting pipes in inaccessible locations, such as road and river crossings, power plant tubing, risers, off-shore topside pipework, jetty lines, and refinery pipework. In addition to guided wave inspections, we can also utilise the full range of other standard, advanced and specialist NDT techniques, and implement structural health and condition monitoring services, as well as provide third party oversight. All of which are supported by risk and reliability engineering services. We have experience in all areas of integrity management, from inspection planning, to inspection implementation, to acceptance of results, so why not take advantage of our integrated monitoring services?

Pi is a truly global company, serving over 180 clients in over 40 countries around the world. We have built our strong client base on long-term relationships, and excellent support, in any capacity that is required.  Our company portfolio ranges from small independent inspection companies, who require support and mentoring, to large multi-national energy companies, who need bespoke solutions and support in implementing a structured inspection programme, giving us a unique and valuable combination of skills.

We have executed this through offering training to our staff, making use of our network with parent company TWI and affiliated Innovation Centres. We have a diverse workforce from varying backgrounds who work in a supportive culture, one that encourages team working and development so that everyone can reach their full potential.
